Week 1 Blog Post - About Me
Hey there! My name is Carson, a second-year Business Administration student going to school in my hometown. I took marketing mostly because it is a requirement for my business core and it fits my schedule, but also because I want to learn how to better market myself as an employee post-graduation. I am currently in business admin, but I am more than likely going to shift my major focus to finance, as my current goal is to enter the field of financial advisory. Outside of school, I enjoy playing and watching sports, a little bit of video games, and I also dabble in creative writing and play a few instruments. Something I really struggle with is networking, which marketing ties closely into, so I'm looking forward to growing better in that area with this class :)
